Metering Pump Diaphragms

KUNSUI manufactures high-performance replacement diaphragms for all types of mechanical and hydraulic metering pumps, widely used in chemical dosing, water treatment, mining and industrial fluid delivery systems.

We supply a full lineup of diaphragm styles: single-layer rubber diaphragms, multi-layer PTFE composite diaphragms with fabric reinforcement, integrated bolted diaphragms, thin flat diaphragms for solenoid pumps and thickened heavy-duty diaphragms for high-pressure mining dosing equipment. All items support custom sizes, mounting hole layouts and thicknesses to match Milton Roy, Prominent, SEKO and most domestic pump brands.

Diversified premium materials are optional to fit different fluid media:

PTFE composite (PTFE+EPDM/NBR): Ultimate resistance to strong acid, alkali and organic solvents, ideal for corrosive chemical liquids

Pure EPDM: Good aging resistance for neutral water and weak chemical solutions

NBR rubber: Excellent oil resistance for oily industrial fluids

Reinforced rubber with polyester fabric: Boost tensile strength and extend service life under frequent reciprocating movement

Our diaphragms feature uniform compression molding, seamless lamination and stable elastic recovery.
