KUNSUI is a professional integrated manufacturer specializing in full-series heavy-duty wedge wire filtration solutions for mineral processing, coal washing and slurry dewatering projects worldwide. We independently produce all core wedge wire filter elements, matched structural fittings and supporting metal accessories to deliver one-stop separation components for large-scale mining facilities.

Our complete metal mesh lineup covers wedge wire screen baskets, large filter cylinders, reinforced flat/curved screen panels, pressure screen rotor & stator assemblies, sieve bends and custom mining separation screens. All filter elements are fully resistance-welded with trapezoidal V-profile wire, featuring anti-clog uniform slots, high structural rigidity and outstanding wear resistance under abrasive ore slurry conditions.

We self-fabricate all necessary matching parts: thickened metal support rods, reinforced frames, standard & non-standard large-diameter flanges, sealing gaskets, positioning brackets and wear-resistant protection components. Every accessory is precision CNC-machined for seamless assembly with our wedge wire screens, guaranteeing leak-free, stable long-term operation on heavy mining production lines.

A full range of corrosion & abrasion-resistant materials are available to fit diverse mining media: SS304/304L, SS316/316L for general mineral slurry; duplex 2205, 904L for high-chloride acidic leachate; Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400 for extreme corrosive working conditions; coated carbon steel and Hardox wear-resistant steel for high-impact coarse ore separation scenarios.

With mature automated production lines for oversized filtration parts, KUNSUI supports fully customized sizes, slot gaps and structural designs, supplying durable, cost-effective wedge wire filtration systems for global mining plants, mineral beneficiation factories and EPC contractors.
